NoSiappa.pk is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of used technology in Pakistan and provides escrow protection, verification, and dispute resolution. NoSiappa is not a party to the sale of any device.
Buyers
Your payment is held in escrow and released to the seller only after you receive the device and confirm it is as described, or the inspection window passes. If a device never arrives, isn't as described, fails an IMEI/PTA check, or is activation-locked, you may file a claim for a refund.
Sellers
You must accurately describe your device, hold legal title to it, and ship within the stated window. Payouts go only to a verified bank account in your own name. Listing a lost, stolen, or blacklisted device is prohibited.
Prohibited conduct
No off-platform payments, no sharing of contact details to evade escrow, no fraudulent listings. Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds held for disputed transactions.
